Ultimate Pool's Last Man Standing returns in 2026, bringing together 32 players for one of the most unique and unpredictable formats in cue sports.
This isn't just about playing great pool. It's about making the right decisions, choosing the right opponents, surviving the twists, navigating the Hitmen, avoiding the Joker Card and taking advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.
One by one, players will be eliminated until only a single competitor remains.

Every match matters.
After each victory, the winner must either select their next opponent or leave their fate in the hands of the random generator.
Once a player wins two matches in succession, the pressure increases as they must either target a Hitman or take their chances with the random draw.
🔫 THE HITMEN
Before the event begins, five players will be selected as Hitmen.
Each Hitman carries a £500 Bounty.
Defeat a Hitman and you'll earn a spin of the Wheel with the opportunity to:
💰 Win Instant Cash 🎯 Acquire the bounty ❤️ Award the Hitman the event's single Extra Life
Players who acquire a bounty become bounty holders and can continue accumulating additional bounties throughout the event.
Should a bounty holder win the event, they will also claim any remaining unclaimed bounties.
❤️ EXTRA LIFE
There is only ONE Extra Life available during the entire event.
If awarded, the defeated Hitman survives and remains in the competition.
Once used, the Extra Life is removed from play permanently.
Should the Extra Life still be available when the Final is reached, a special Final Wheel will determine whether the Extra Life is activated, creating one final twist before the champion is crowned.
🔥 THE HOT SEAT
Players can earn their way into the Hot Seat by winning three consecutive matches.
Benefits include:
🛡️ Immunity from being selected by another player 🛡️ Immunity from the random generator 🛡️ Guaranteed safety until replaced
⚠️ Hot Seat Expiry
The Hot Seat remains active until the event reaches the Final 5 players.
Once only five players remain:
❌ No new players may enter the Hot Seat ❌ Existing Hot Seat immunity immediately expires ❌ All remaining players become eligible for selection
From this point onwards, the event becomes pure survival with no further immunity available.
💷 Hot Seat Awards
Three Hot Seat cash awards are available during the event:
- 🔥 Hot Seat #1 – £200
- 🔥 Hot Seat #2 – £200
- 🔥 Hot Seat #3 – £200
🃏 THE JOKER CARD
One player will secretly be selected to hold the Joker Card.
Only Tournament Officials and the selected player will know who holds it.
If activated:
🔥 The player immediately enters the Hot Seat 💷 Wins £200 👤 Selects a replacement player to compete in their place
However, anyone who selects the Joker Card holder will see their winning streak immediately reset to zero.

When only five players remain:
🃏 Any unused Joker Card is removed from play
🔥 The Hot Seat is closed
🛡️ All Hot Seat immunity expires immediately
From this point onwards, the event continues as a straight elimination format until a champion is crowned.
