🎱 Ultimate Pool Disability Pool Series 2027
The Ultimate Pool Disability Pool Series returns in 2027, providing players with the opportunity to compete on the Ultimate Pool stage across four Series weekends.
The Series will feature 64 players, divided evenly between the Elite Division and Premier Division. Every player will compete in a round-robin group stage before progressing to either the Main Knockout or Plate event.
📅 Dates and Venues
There will be four Disability Pool Series weekends during the 2027 season. All events will take place alongside the wider Ultimate Pool Series.

A comprehensive match schedule will be published ahead of each Series weekend. All matches will be given an allocated start time.
⚙️ How the 2027 Disability Pool Series Works
The 2027 Series will feature 64 players competing across two divisions:
- Elite Division – 32 players
- Premier Division – 32 players
Each division will have its own group stage, Main Knockout and Plate event.
🔄 Group Stages
Each division will contain four groups of eight players.
- Eight players in each group
- Round-robin format
- Every player plays the other seven players in their group
- All group matches are races to 4
- Top four players from each group progress to the Main Knockout
- Players finishing between fifth and eighth progress to the Plate event
This format ensures that all players receive a full programme of matches during each Series weekend.

Following the completion of the group stages, players will progress into either their division’s Main Knockout or Plate event.
Elite Main Knockout
- Last 16 – Race to 5
- Quarter-Finals – Race to 5
- Semi-Finals – Race to 6
- Final – Race to 6
Elite Plate
- Last 16 – Race to 4
- Quarter-Finals – Race to 4
- Semi-Finals – Race to 5
- Final – Race to 5
Premier Main Knockout
- Last 16 – Race to 5
- Quarter-Finals – Race to 5
- Semi-Finals – Race to 6
- Final – Race to 6
Premier Plate
- Last 16 – Race to 4
- Quarter-Finals – Race to 4
- Semi-Finals – Race to 5
- Final – Race to 5
Ultimate Pool reserves the right to amend the format, schedule or race distances where operationally required.
⭐ 2026 Player Priority
Ultimate Pool greatly appreciates the support and commitment shown by its existing Disability Pool Series players.
All players who competed in the 2026 UP Disability Pool Series will receive first refusal on a place for the 2027 season.
The priority window will close on 31st October 2026. Once this window has passed, any places that have not been secured may be offered to new players wishing to join the Series for 2027.
💷 Prize Money
The total advertised prize fund for the 2027 UP Disability Pool Series is £16,000, subject to all places being filled and all entry fees being paid in full.
There will be £4,000 in prize money available at each Series weekend.

Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £700
- Runner-Up: £500
- Semi-Finalists: £200
- Quarter-Finalists: £100
Prize fund per event: £2,000
Four-event seasonal prize fund: £8,000
🔵 Premier Main Knockout
Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £500
- Runner-Up: £250
- Semi-Finalists: £125
- Quarter-Finalists: £75
Prize fund per event: £1,300
Four-event seasonal prize fund: £5,200
🥈 Elite Plate
Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £200
- Runner-Up: £100
- Semi-Finalists: £50
Prize fund per event: £400
Four-event seasonal prize fund: £1,600
🥉 Premier Plate
Prize money at each event:
- Champion: £125
- Runner-Up: £75
- Semi-Finalists: £50

📈 Ranking Points
The official ranking-points structure for the 2027 UP Disability Pool Series is currently being reviewed.
Full details of the ranking points and how they will apply across the Elite and Premier Divisions will be added once finalised.
👕 Dress Code
All players will receive an official Ultimate Pool Series shirt, which must be worn during matches unless otherwise advised by the Tournament Director.
Players may display up to seven approved sponsorship logos on their playing shirt.
The permitted dress code is:
- Official Ultimate Pool Series shirt
- Dress trousers, smart chinos or golf trousers of any colour
- Formal shoes of any colour or all-black trainers
Players are expected to maintain the professional standards associated with Ultimate Pool when attending any event.
📺 Television and Streaming
The Ultimate Pool Series will continue to receive extensive broadcast coverage, with selected events and matches shown across Ultimate Pool’s platforms.
Sundays at Series weekends will be dedicated to non-Pro Series matches. Further broadcast and streaming information will be announced ahead of each event.
Disability Pool Series players will also receive complimentary access to the Ultimate Pool App’s premium service, providing access to every live Ultimate Pool event.

🎟️ Wristband Fees
The player wristband fee for Disability Pool Series players in 2027 will be £35 per Series weekend.
Rather than collecting wristband payments separately ahead of each event, the full annual wristband cost will be included within the player’s annual fees.
Annual player wristband cost: £140
This covers:
- Four Series weekends
- £35 per weekend
- Wristband costs included within the scheduled instalment payments
Players will no longer need to make a separate wristband payment before each Series weekend.
Guest wristbands will be available at the following prices:
- Full Weekend Pass: £25
- Day Pass: £10
Further information regarding wristband collection will be issued ahead of each event.
💳 Entry Fee and Payment Schedule
The Disability Pool Series entry fee for 2027 is £350.
The total amount payable, including all four player wristbands, is £490.
This comprises:
- Series entry: £350
- Four player wristbands: £140
- Total fee: £490
Payment schedule:
- £300 deposit – due by 31st October 2026
- £190 final payment – due by 26th February 2027
⚠️ Deposits and all entry fees are non-refundable. If an application is unsuccessful, the deposit will be returned as soon as possible.
Players are responsible for paying their full annual fees, regardless of whether they attend every Series weekend.
Ultimate Pool reserves the right to remove and replace any player who fails to meet the published payment deadlines.

Ultimate Pool reserves the right to decline unsuitable applications and to amend formats, schedules, race distances and other operational elements where required. All decisions made by the Tournament Director will be final.
By paying the initial deposit, a player is committing to:
- Their place in the 2027 UP Disability Pool Series
- Paying the remaining balance in accordance with the payment schedule
- Reading, understanding and agreeing to the 2027 Ultimate Pool Series rules and terms and conditions
